Saint Lamo Shipping Information

I placed an order, when will it ship

Processing and production take 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Orders move faster when placed Monday through Friday.

Shipping time
United States orders ship through USPS.
Average transit time is 3 to 7 business days.

Severe weather, holidays, carrier problems, or other events can slow delivery. Delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Saint Lamo does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Some items ship from different fulfillment locations.

Order changes and cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours.
If the order already shipped, send an email to support@saintlamo.com with the subject line CANCEL.

Incorrect address
If you entered the wrong address, reply to your confirmation email with the correct information.
You can also email support@saintlamo.com within 24 hours so we can correct the address.

Damaged item
If your item arrives damaged, contact us with:
• Your order number.
• A photo of the damaged item.
Once reviewed, we send a replacement at no cost.
